2. Do not run Power Cord (36) under  
carpeting. Do not cover Cord with  
throw rugs, runners or similar cover-  
ings. Arrange cord away from traffic  
area and where it will not be tripped  
over.  
When unpacking, make sure item is  
intact and undamaged. If parts are miss-  
ing or broken, call Harbor Freight Tools at  
1-800-444-3353 as soon as possible.

use in bathrooms, laundry area, near  
sinks or other sources of water.

month and year of purchase if product has

Rear Grills (2, 6) in place.

3. Extend Upper Column (42) from  
Lower Shaft and thread Height Ad-  
justment Knob back onto Lower  
Column until its threaded back into  
place. WArNING! This must be done  
before top half of Fan is assembled  
onto Upper Column.

4. Unthread Spinner (3) from Spindle  
(7) by turning it clockwise. Remove  
Plastic Nut (5) from Motor Housing,  
by turning it counterclockwise. See  
Figure B, below.

5. Slide Rear Grill (6) over retainer on  
face of Motor Housing, aligning loca-  
tor pin on Housing with pin hole for  
Rear Grill. In this mode, the catch  
on edge of Rear Grill will be at low-  
est position. Thread on Plastic Nut  
(5) clockwise, but do not overtighten.  
See Figure B.

1. Using Screws (30) and Washers (31,  
32), attach Lower Shaft (41) to Upper  
Cross Stand (33) and Lower Cross  
Stand (34). See Figure A, above.  
6. Insert Propeller over Spindle. Align  
cross-pin of Spindle with recess in  
the inner face of Propeller. Attach  
Spinner (3), turning it counterclock-  
wise to tighten. See Figure B.  
2. Unthread and remove Height Adjust-  
ment Knob (28) from Lower Shaft.  
Slide Base Cover (29) down Shaft  
until it covers intersection of Upper  
and Lower Cross Stands.  
7. Fasten Front Grill (2) onto Rear Grill  
(6) using latches along edges of both  
Grills and the locking screw on the  
SKU 66950

8. Use Screws (24) to fasten Front and  
Rear Shaft Housing (23, 25) to Upper  
Shaft. See Figure B.

FAILure: Do not use  
damaged appliances. If  
abnormal noise or vibration  
occurs, have the problem  
corrected before further use.  
1. To make the fan oscillate, push the  
Knob (11) down. To make the fan  
stop oscillating, pull the Knob up.  
2. To adjust the angle of air flow, tilt the  
Housing (12) and move to desired  
angle.  
1. BeFOre eACH uSe, inspect con-  
dition of the Fan. Check for loose  
screws, misalignment or binding of  
moving parts, cracked or broken  
parts, and any other condition that  
may affect its safe operation.  
3. To adjust height of fan, loosen the  
Height Adjustment Knob (28) and  
raise or lower fan. Retighten Knob  
once desired height is reached.  
2. Clean regularly to prevent dust from  
accumulating on Propeller (4). Un-  
fasten latches along Front and Rear  
Grills, remove Front Gill, and use  
damp cloth to wipe Blade. Dry and  
replace Front Grill before use.  
4. To activate, plug the Power Cord (36)  
into the nearest wall outlet.  
5. To adjust the speed, push one of the  
desired Switches (21). The available  
speeds are Low, Medium and High.  
To turn off fan, press the Off Switch.  
3. To maximize air circulation, dismantle  
Grills and Propeller and wash and dry  
each part when dirty.  
4. WArNING! Do not allow any water to  
get into the Motor (8).
