How to use it  
Installation of battery  
The red LEDon the toppanel will lightafter installing thebattery for 8  
seconds, and theplayer will bein stop mode.  
Power ON /OFF  
Toturn on theplayer, oncethe battery isinstalled, press andhold the  
Play key for2 seconds untilthe LED lightcomes on, thenpress the Play  
button to enterplay mode.  
Toturn off theplayer, pressand hold thePlay key for2 seconds.  
During Play mode, press the Playbutton to enterStandby mode.  
DIGITAL MP3 PLAYER  
Volume+/Volume-  
Press or holdthe button toturn up ordown the volumeduring a song  
or recording.

Previous Song/Next Song  
Press the Last key to select the previous song, press the Next key to  
select the next song.

Fast Reverse /Forward  
In playing status, by holding theLast key,you can reversefaster; by  
holding the Nextkey, youcan move forwardfaster.  
EQ Mode  
Press the EQkey to enterthe equalizer mode;6 EQ modes:  
Natural, Rock, Pop, Classical, Jazz, DBB.  
Storing music toMP3 player  
Connect Mp3 Playerto PC  
Takeoff the coverand connect toPC via USBplug  
Click "My Computer"to find "RemovableDisk"  
Transfer songsof MP3 orWMA formatfrom your computerto your  
mp3 player.  
NOTICE:  
To save energy,the player willturn off automaticallyin stop status  
without use after30 seconds.

Driver Installation  
1.Windows 98 /98SE Installation  
a.Insert driver CD disc into your CD ROM to start up:\WINDOWS 98 DRIVER\  
Setup.exe  
b.A menu will automatically pop up  
c.Select Install / Remove Driver to start installation  
d.Follow the on-screen instruction to install the driver  
e.Click "OK" to restart. (Must restart to complete installation), illustration 1  
f.After restart, insert SPORT MP3 to the USB port on your computer/laptop.  
Windows will automatically detect the new hardware. If setup is correctly  
performed as instructed, you should find two "Removable Disks" shown in  
"My Computer".  
2.Windows ME /Windows XP /Windows 2000 Installation  
For these operating systems, NO Driver is required because Windows has a  
built-in driver that supports your unit. Simply plug your device into the USB  
port and the operating system will recognize it. Next you will see two  
"Removable Disks" drives in My Computer.  
3. Linux 2.4.0 + / Mac 8.6 + Installation  
No Driver is required for these operating systems. Simply plug the device into  
the USB port and the system will automatically find it.
